Gonna try and update this as much as possible. Who knows, maybe it will eventually start helping with my stress levels.  Work is... insane lately. It's intense, brutal, and an extremely thankless job with little validation and lots of harassment. Management thrives on doing what they can to heighten an already unpleasantness that lingers over the place any way. They've set the quota of at least doing one thing that pisses the team off a day. It's disgusting. My favorite dude Mike was walking around with the new director, of course, naturally, stepping forth like their shit don't stink.  No word spoken to me or anyone else.
